Client Acquisition Manager – Facilities Maintenance Location: Remote with Travel Required as necessary. Win new business: You’ll be the driving force behind new logo acquisition. Forecast: You are responsible for not only achieving the company defined forecast but having a strategic role in shaping quarterly and annual forecasts. Accountability with responsibility: Manage pipeline and forecast. Lead with insight: Run a consultative sales process from discovery to close, crafting tailored solutions that meet the client’s immediate and long-term service needs. Build executive trust: Cultivate high-level client relationships that lead to long-term opportunities across an array of industries, e.g. multi-site retail, financial, medical, etc. Prospect with impact: A blend of outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.) with rapid follow-up on warm, company-provided leads, driving leads from on-location sales events, and diving deep into your network Solutioning for the client: Collaborate with the solutioning and operational teams, including proposal development, pricing estimates, etc. to ensure seamless execution of what you sell. Stay sharp: Keep your Salesforce pipeline clean, accurate, and humming. Be the eyes and ears: Bring back market intelligence - competitor moves, customer needs, and new service opportunities. Travel with purpose: This includes, but is not limited to, attending client meetings and site-walk, industry-specific trade shows and on-site events and trainings at the LPS office as required. What Success Looks Like

You consistently sell beyond monthly and quarterly quotas. Your pipeline remains healthy; your forecasts are on point. Prospecting and closing on the ideal/high-fit accounts and ensure that the client onboarding is smooth and seamless, with 100% satisfaction Communication with clarity, e.g. notes are crisp, clear, and scalable; client communication is impactful. What You Bring

Deep experience in facilities maintenance and a strong network of decision-makers (FM/Ops/Construction). Proven success in B2B hunting and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Executive presence, persuasive communication, and sharp negotiation skills. Self-directed, organized, and metrics-driven with excellent time management. Ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each audience. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office. BS/BA or equivalent experience. Why You’ll Love Lakeside
