Overview We’re searching for a Team Lead with strong experience in facilities maintenance or construction projects, proven leadership skills, and a comfort with computers and project management software. The successful candidate will manage a team of 8–12 Project Managers & Coordinators, own project delivery from start to finish, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet production and customer targets.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 8–12 Project Managers & Coordinators
Set and drive KPIs to meet production and customer targets
Review and approve 20–40 customer quotes daily across multiple trades (plumbing, HVAC, general repair, etc.)
Oversee project delivery from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency
Foster a collaborative, results‑driven team culture
Communicate process improvements and support team development
Cultivate and expand client relationships by presenting tailored project solutions, upgrades, and service enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
What You Bring
3–5 years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance or commercial construction
Strong people management and team‑building skills
Track record of driving KPIs and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software
Customer‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to work on‑call shifts as needed
Associate degree or higher
