What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of employees, driving them to reach and exceed their sales potential.
Strategize & Achieve: Ensure profitability goals are met and surpassed by assigning leads and territories strategically, and implementing innovative sales methods.
Develop & Coach: Track and analyze sales performance, providing guidance to your team and developing actionable plans for success.
Recruit & Train: Attract, onboard, and nurture new team members using our comprehensive training processes.
Optimize & Promote: Select and display the best products for your market, plan exciting showroom events, and stay ahead of industry trends.

You Could Be a Perfect Fit If You Have
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales management. Experience in wholesale sales or flooring is a plus.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle reports, P&L statements, and numerical data effectively.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about leading a high-performing team to success.
