We’re looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a BoxLunch Seasonal Key Holder, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring customers get the merch they love.
What You’ll Do
Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
Step in and step up when needed; provide leadership support and help run the store when the Manager is away.
Understand the store sales plan and compensation sales goals, and help drive sales by increasing key KPIs: UPT and ADT.
Cover the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas are up to visual standards; also help open and close the store.
Work the register; process sales transactions, close out the register, and communicate shortages or overages.
Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and respective HQ partners.
Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells and wizardry around theft.
Support maintaining the mother ship; keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed to help them quickly acclimate.
Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience working in a retail environment. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
At least 18 years of age.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to stand, walk, reach for merch, and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
Pay: $18.40 - $21.15 an hour
