Overview Imaging Service Specialist (Contract) – Portland, ME

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Service Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Portland, ME. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, MRI machines, and CT scanners. This role requires a strong technical background in medical imaging equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on imaging equipment

Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely solutions

Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely

Collaborate with medical staff to address equipment needs

Maintain accurate records of service and repairs

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field

7+ years of experience in servicing medical imaging equipment

Strong technical skills and knowledge of imaging technology

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must pass background and drug screen
