Senior Manager, Store Space Design (Sr. Planogram Manager) – Sam's Club This range is provided by Sam's Club. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr Position Summary: Join Sam's Club as a Senior Planogram Manager and lead the charge in shaping our member experience. You'll own new club and remodel processes, from managing timelines to executing planograms and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. This role is for a strategic thinker who can drive category space management, champion continuous improvement, and use their expertise in tools like Blue Yonder/JDA to deliver on merchant assortment strategies. You'll be the key point of contact for new club layouts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while helping to build a culture of innovation and collaboration on our team. This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas out of our Sam's Club Office.
What you'll do
Lead new club and remodel processes by managing timelines, data entry, planogram creation and submission, exception handling, and cross-functional collaboration. Act as the category point of contact for new, remodeled, and relocated clubs for space planning and planogram execution.
Collaborate with Merchants and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely planogram development. Manage category space allocation, item assortment, and necessary adjustments. Present proposed changes for approval and track/report results.
Drive category space management by executing merchant assortment strategies while adhering to process standards and system requirements. Maintain existing layouts using layout tools and systems (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA Suite, Shelf IQ, Microsoft Suite). Provide framework to enable Merchandising to effectively and consistently communicate item-level plans to Club Space and Design team to improve accuracy of execution.
Ensure effective category communication by partnering with stakeholders to support strategic placement of merchandise. Monitor project timelines and ensure associates are equipped to meet deadlines.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities within current processes, proposing solutions, and embracing enhancements that optimize system-based execution.
Coordinate and oversee planogram-related activities by ensuring timely submission of relay information and merchandise guidelines.
Support process alignment and documentation through onboarding, training, and daily operations. Demonstrate adaptability and promote continuous learning and process improvements. Foster a culture of belonging, collaboration, and trust within the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment by building high-performing, diverse teams where associates feel supported, valued, and connected. Contribute to a positive member and associate experience and help attract top talent.

Experience in Modular and Space Execution, club operations, merchandising, or replenishment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
