Role Overview The Key Account Manager will drive availability, visibility, and velocity of the Drink2Success portfolio across key On and Off Premise retail accounts in their assigned territory. This role blends strategic selling with local execution, leveraging data, relationships, and brand assets to grow market share. The ideal candidate must reside in their assigned geography. Currently recruiting for 3 roles (Metro NY, New Jersey and Boston-Metro).

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals and performance targets across assigned accounts

Activate D2S brands in assigned accounts (for example but not limited to):

In-store tastings / sampling

Events / Festivals

Promotional Activity

Wait Staff training

Merchandising accounts

Secure new distribution across all channels using data-driven selling strategies

Accelerate velocity in existing accounts through point-of-sale tools, tastings, and promotional tactics

Build collaborative relationships with wholesaler sales teams and leadership

Motivate distributor partners to execute key sales drivers

Use data and insights to monitor industry trends, assess competitive activity, and identify growth opportunities

Expected work week is Tuesday – Saturday

Qualifications

Two+ years in beverage alcohol sales required (supplier or distributor)

Existing account relationships with territory account are required

Fluency in Spanish preferred

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Syndicated data and VIP/iDig

Self-motivated and able to manage projects with little oversight

Must be solution oriented and have the ability to think on your feet

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Flexible schedule required; some work may include weekends, nights and travel with overnight stays

Possess valid driver’s license

Regular in-market travel required

Ability to travel 10% overnight for meetings, trainings, and events

Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
