Summary: The Outside Sales Specialist (Generator Systems) role is responsible for driving sales growth in the North Dakota territory through new lead generation and relationship development. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with electrical contractors, engineering firms, and end users. Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner. Input and maintain accurate records in the Company's CRM system. Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in a technical or construction-related field preferred. Familiarity with generator systems or electrical/mechanical systems is a plus. Ability to travel within the North Dakota territory (4-5 days/week). Location
North Dakota Base salary + Commission ($100-$200k OTE) 401(k) match up to 4% 4-5 weeks of vacation Salespeople operate independently, set schedules, no strict PTO approvals Full health/standard benefits package
