Sales Account Executive
to join our team and help fuel our next stage of growth. Role Overview
The Sales Account Executive will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship-building, and strategic thinking. Whether part-time or full-time, you will be accountable for building a pipeline, closing deals, and representing Reactforce with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in assigned territories or verticals. Prospect and qualify leads through outbound efforts, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution proposals tailored to client needs. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through contract negotiation and closing. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Track, forecast, and report on pipeline activity and sales performance metrics. Qualifications
Proven success as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar role in IT services, SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions. Strong understanding of technology services (cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or managed services preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in both part-time and full-time structures. What We Offer
