$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr Position summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members with self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues; and promoting the company's products and services. Supervises associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback; training on processes and procedures; guiding member service approaches to resolve issues according to company guidelines; ensuring compliance with policies and procedures; supporting the Open Door Policy; and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; organizes and maintains the sales floor using appropriate equipment; completes required documentation according to company policies and procedures. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety checks, handling hazardous materials as required, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions to management. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by handling claims and returns, zoning, stocking, organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high‑shrink items. Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards. Oversees picking and staging of club pickup orders and ensures proper selection and staging. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvement opportunities. Demonstrates and promotes compliance with company policies, standards of ethics and integrity, and the Open Door Policy; assists management with addressing ethical and compliance issues. Leads and participates in teams by coordinating work assignments, providing feedback and support, and modeling adaptability to change.
