Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, providing guidance, ensuring compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and uses equipment and merchandising techniques according to company policies. Maintains safety standards through safety sweeps, proper handling of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions. Ensures merchandise presentation and quality, including product rotation, signage, and damage control. Oversees order staging and picking, collaborates on process improvements, and ensures compliance with policies and standards. Supports ethical practices and compliance with company policies, leading by example and assisting in resolving issues. Participates in team activities, resource sharing, and adapting to change to meet business needs. Must be 18 years or older. 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload.
