Venture Solutions

is looking for

an

Account Manager

to join their team in Grove City, OH! In this role,

you will act as the project manager liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility, to ensure projects are delivered on time to customer expectations while

maintaining

internal profitability goals. This person

will

be responsible for

clients with

highly

regulated and critical communication

s

in the health industry

-

providing our

customers

a positive, consultative, and service-based experience. Your Responsibilities: Manage/

maintain

customer relationships through alignment of strategic initiatives as well as alignment around key SLA requirements

Develop and

maintain

team goals and

objectives

, plan and conduct regular Unit meetings, hold department orientations and other training sessions as needed

Bolster organic growth by seeking

additional

opportunities for the client within Taylor by providing

additional

services and or increasing profitability within the Unit by implementing new processes

A

ssisting

with sales budget and sales forecasting process

Management to cost centers and unit profitability for accuracy

Effectively manage multiple short and long-term projects simultaneously

Instrumental in seeking internal solutions to solve client needs

Understand a project lifecycle; handle project related items as they occur in the unit

Assign personnel to new projects and track project status; evaluate the workloads of department employees

Manage relationships between the unit and other departments, attend team meetings

Understand billing procedures/processes and ensure billing compliances are met within the Unit

You Must Have: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients

Familiarity with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

required

Ability to travel - frequency may vary, but at

times

could be heavy.

Familiarity working with confidential

and/

or regulated

information

We Would Also Prefer: 4-year degree in Business, Communication, or Marketing or comparable experience

Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare industries

Previous

print industry experience and/or In-depth knowledge of company products and services, including technical print knowledge

The

anticipated

annual salary range for this position is $

75,000 - $85,000 annually

. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one
