Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensure invoices are routed and coded properly Manage vendor onboarding, including collecting W-9s, setting up vendor profiles, ensuring banking details are collected for payment processing and filing 1099s Review AP aging and coordinate payment runs by preparing ACH and wire payments for approval Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Maintain intercompany balances, intercompany transactions, and consolidations Prepare audit and tax support schedules and respond to requests as needed Manage entity compliance for federal, state, and local jurisdictions including annual reporting and sales and use tax filings Assist with the preparation of investor and financing partner compliance deliverables and financial reporting packages Support cash forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis project Participate in process and internal control improvements, system enhancements, technical accounting projects, and cross-functional initiatives Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience (renewable energy a plus) Proficiency in Excel Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities Interest in clean energy and sustainability
