Assistant Sales Manager
– Charlotte, NC – Dry Pro, A Groundworks Company
Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in supporting the branch sales team and enhancing sales productivity.
Contribute to the development of strategies that improve sales processes.
Train and develop Outside Sales Representatives to meet branch and company targets.
Ensure the team possesses product knowledge and effective customer engagement techniques.
Conduct ride‑along sessions with sales reps to refine techniques and processes.
Handle customer concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Lead by example and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.
Build and manage a book of warm leads and prospects.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
In‑home sales experience preferred but not required.
2‑3 years of experience leading a sales team.
Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills.
Strong work ethic, integrity, humility, and a desire to build a high‑performing sales team.
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower a team.
Superior knowledge of sales techniques.
Highly organized and efficient.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Requirements
Full‑time position.
Onsite work required.
Frequent travel within the territory with the sales team.
