Assistant Sales Manager
to join their team in
Raleigh, NC ! The Assistant Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Manager at the Branch location by championing key organizational initiatives focused on enhancing sales productivity. This dynamic individual actively contributes to the development of strategies aimed at improving sales processes while collaboratively leading a team of Outside Sales Representatives. Their efforts are integral to driving customer satisfaction initiatives across the sales team, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to achieving overall sales and organizational success. Job responsibilities and qualifications are described below. Responsibilities
Assist the sales team to provide thorough, effective, and professional presentations to each customer Assist in training and development of Outside Sales Representatives to meet individual, branch, and company sales targets Assist in ensuring the team possesses product knowledge, understanding of marketing techniques, and the ability to relate to customer needs Conduct ride-alongs with Outside Sales Representatives to improve techniques and processes Assist in handling customer concerns Lead by example and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism Manage warm leads and own your book of business All other duties as assigned Qualifications
In-home sales experience preferred, but not required 2-3 years of experience leading a team of sales professionals Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic, integrity, humility and desire to build an industry-leading sales team Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower a team to achieve objectives with a collaborative approach Superior knowledge of sales techniques Highly organized and efficient Dedication to providing excellent customer service Requirements
Full time Onsite Frequent travel within the territory with the sales team What we provide for our employees
