Account Management Specialist
is the primary liaison between the company and customers, which may include retail, durable goods, automotive, and/or electronic commerce providers. Working as part of a team, the
Account Management Specialist
will monitor a high volume of customer communications to manage order acceptance and order maintenance to meet Hub and customer performance metrics, while quickly providing solutions to resolve any customer concerns. The Qualified Candidate Has: A Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or related field is preferred but not required Previous experience in transportation industry a plus A strong talent for multi-tasking and competing priorities Attention to details; highly organized Excellent written and oral communication skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with EDI processes, Web Tender Portals, fax and other applicable forms of electronic communication preferred Ability to work weekend rotation when scheduled What we offer: Benefits such as Medical/Dental/Vision starting after 30 days of employment 401K plan with employer contributions Opportunity for advancement and career development Culture that embraces a work-life balance About the company
