We’re partnering with a fast-moving, no-nonsense electrical solutions provider that specializes in transformers, switchgear, and rental power equipment. They’re growing fast and need a strong Western Regional Sales Manager who can hit the ground running.
The territory covers CA, AZ, NV and could also include OR & WA.
This isn’t your typical sales role. You’ll be solving urgent problems for contractors, engineers, and industrial customers who need fast, reliable power solutions‑yesterday. Whether it’s a temporary rental, a full system replacement, or a custom‑engineered setup, you’ll guide clients through complex needs and help them keep the lights on.
What You’ll Do:
Hunt down new business and nurture existing accounts
Interpret one-line diagrams and confidently speak ‘power’
Deliver fast, tailored solutions‑rentals, sales, repairs, and more
Collaborate with internal teams to drive results and keep projects on track
Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
What You Bring:
3+ years of sales experience with an electrical distributor, manufacturer, rep, or reseller
Strong technical chops (transformers, switchgear, etc.)
Ability to sell consultatively, not just quote and hope
High energy, urgency, and a problem‑solver mindset
CRM savvy + AI fluency = major plus
Compensation: Aggressive base and uncapped commission plan. Full benefits, 401k match, PTO, and more.
