Overview
Veterinary Diagnostic Sales Specialist (Central/Northern Florida territory) Location/Assigned Territory: Central/Northern Florida territory. Ideally, the candidate will live within close proximity of Orlando. This is a field sales role that requires extensive daily travel within this territory. Headquartered in Minnesota, the Bionote USA team works with veterinarians and medical professionals around the world. Bionote USA offers the veterinary industry the ability to elevate their practices through affordable and/or new technology options. Our flagship product is the Vcheck F- the V200- a fully quantitative europium immunoassay fluorescent analyzer with 17 biomarker tests on its menu, including industry exclusives. Additionally, Bionote USA offers canine heartworm testing and will be introducing a new line of analyzers for the veterinary lab space. Bionote USA products currently focus on canine, feline, and equine diagnostic solutions. Territory and travel
Territory: Central/Northern Florida, ideally near the greater Orlando area. Travel: 75%+, including extensive car travel 3-5 days per week and overnight travel as needed. Some trade shows may require airline travel. Who we are looking for (traits)

Pet-passionate individual with proven sales experience in the veterinary sales market and/or medical device sales. Able to complete daily travel within the territory, including some overnight, and occasional trade shows outside of the territory. Dynamic, energetic, able to work independently or with guidance as part of a team. Strong organizational skills, integrity, and self-motivation. Ability to problem solve quickly and professionally; focus on driving sales and educating customers. Desire to grow with the company; “road warrior” mentality for overnight travel. Objectives
Represent our products and services to the veterinary market by educating in-clinic/hospital teams. Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify new sales opportunities. Prospect and qualify leads, schedule appointments, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business. Demonstrate deep product knowledge through presentations and objection handling. Tailor communication to client needs with active listening and professional responses. Provide timely, accurate sales reports and updates. Deliver proactive, solutions-oriented service and anticipate client needs. Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and performance standards. Use CRM systems and standard office tools to manage activities and communication. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication; showcase strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Deliver exceptional customer care throughout the client journey. What your typical day might look like
This is a field sales role with daily travel within the listed territory. You will work mainly independently after training but closely with remote colleagues, reporting to a US Sales Manager or regional manager depending on territory. Schedule flexibility is important to accommodate customer needs. Qualifications and prerequisites
Proven sales experience in the veterinary sales market or medical device sales is required. A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and your own car insurance. College degree in biology, animal science, or related field preferred. Proficiency with sales management software and CRM; strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Ability to learn new skills and use apps for communication and reporting. Strong writing, verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism; multi-task while meeting sales goals. Other things to know
