We're seeking a
Senior Sales Representative
to spearhead our business development efforts. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, building and managing a sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients. As a core member of our early team, you’ll have a direct impact on revenue and play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage high-quality leads through outbound and inbound strategies Qualify prospects and articulate the value of our CFO services to business owners and executives Build and maintain strong client relationships Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed engagement Develop and execute scalable sales strategies that align with company goals Collaborate with leadership and marketing to optimize messaging and refine targeting Maintain accurate CRM data and report regularly on performance metrics Represent the company with professionalism, credibility, and confidence in financial conversations What We’re Looking For 5+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in the financial services industry Experience selling
fractional CFO, accounting, or B2B financial advisory
services strongly preferred Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of financial decision-makers, particularly SMBs and growing companies Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and drive results Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to C-suite Skilled in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships Experience with CRM systems and a structured sales process A bias for action, problem-solving, and continuous improvement A willingness to travel locally for business purposes (must be based in the Kansas City, MO area) What We Offer Competitive base salary + generous performance-based commission & bonuses A fast-growing company with rapid career growth potential As the primary sales person for our company, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a high-performing sales department as the company scales Full autonomy and ownership over your role and impact A high-integrity, high-performance team culture Flexibility and a hybrid-remote work environment We hire for excellence.
