For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategy including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests; familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them about new or additional solutions offered by EquipmentShare.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints; conduct sales presentations for prospective and existing customers.
Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.
Knowledge of Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry, with B2B sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
