Specialist, OPS Client Service Representative
to join our
Structured Debt Client Platform
team. This role is located in
Lake Mary, FL In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provide quality support to clients with complex transactions and processes on a daily basis. Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures. Respond to client questions on BNY product features and provide technical assistance for issues escalated by junior team members. Research and resolve moderately complex operational or client issues, routing issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate teams in accordance with documented procedures. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
