Specialist, OPS Client Service Representative

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of
Specialist, OPS Client Service Representative
to join our
Structured Debt Client Platform
team. This role is located in
Lake Mary, FL .
Responsibilities
Provide quality support to clients with complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.
Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures.
Respond to client questions on BNY product features and provide technical assistance for issues escalated by junior team members.
Research and resolve moderately complex operational or client issues, routing issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate teams in accordance with documented procedures.
Provide status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams.
Assist with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency.
No direct reports. Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
Ensure the quality and completion of own work.
Assist in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
Excellent writing, listening and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound critical thinking judgment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in financial services preferred.
