LiveOak Fiber is expanding and looking for a seasoned sales professional to secure long-term bulk and right-of-entry agreements with multi-dwelling unit (MDU) owners, developers, and management companies. The role includes end-to-end sales cycle management, prospect qualification, contract negotiation, and client relationship building in the telecommunications industry.

Position Overview Secure long-term bulk and right-of-entry agreements with MDU owners and developers. Manage the complete sales cycle: prospect identification, qualification, funnel management, forecasting, proposal generation, and contract closure. Perform the role with moderate guidance in your area of knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategy for bulk and marketing agreements with rental MDU market.

Identify opportunities and sell services to new and existing MDU clients.

Prepare and present bulk and retail proposals and consultative solutions.

Build local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance company positioning and brand.

Represent LiveOak Fiber at trade shows, meetings, and social functions as a brand ambassador.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and build strong business cases with accurate financial modeling.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders (property owners, developers, property managers, attorneys, building managers, government officials, etc.) to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Provide exceptional customer service by following up on all leads, inquiries, and messages and coordinating with cross‑functional partners to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, construction, installation) to tailor solutions, coordinate on‑site access, and ensure smooth customer transitions.

Manage sales funnel, opportunities, and forecasts; maintain accurate sales records and customer activity logs; notify senior leadership of market changes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Organized, detail‑oriented, reliable approach to duties and communication.

Strong business acumen and the ability to build business cases.

Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.

Effective customer service skills with a customer‑first mentality.

Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and initiatives.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Basic Qualifications & Competencies

5+ years residential MDU sales experience and/or enterprise sales in the telecom industry.

Strong understanding of the multi‑family dwelling market and its unique dynamics.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive new business and client growth.

Associate’s Degree or equivalent from college or technical school.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

10+ years residential MDU sales experience.

Physical Demands & Working Environment

Walking – up to 40%

Standing – up to 40%

Reaching – up to 10%

Lifting and/or bending – up to 10%

Work environment – indoors and outdoors; able to lift up to 45 pounds.

Travel – 10%
