Based in NYC, we’re seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive a best-in-class experience for our customers. You’ll collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to support testing, personalization, and AI innovation across industries, and you’ll work with leadership to innovate processes and contribute to AB Tasty’s growth.
Overview
As a KAM, you will help customers achieve their vision for success while delivering measurable return on investment and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement with the AB Tasty platform. Responsibilities
Manage a strategic portfolio of high-value clients to ensure continued satisfaction and engagement with the AB Tasty platform Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their evolving needs and business goals Drive tailored solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and prove measurable results Lead proactive account management through regular communication, meetings, and touchpoints to strengthen client loyalty and retention Liaise with internal teams to represent client interests, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain trust and satisfaction Act as a key growth driver by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding the client footprint, and generating long-lasting business relationships What you’ll bring
Proven experience in key account management or enterprise client relations
with 3+ years experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment Confidence in managing complex client relationships, negotiating solutions, and delivering on strategic objectives Experience implementing customer retention initiatives, achieving high retention rates and customer satisfaction Ability to foster trusted partnerships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth through client success Outstanding and effective communication skills (oral and written) in English Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient in Salesforce.com and familiar with sales frameworks (SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, etc.) If you don’t meet 100% of these qualifications, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your application!
