Position: Rolex Sales Professional / Rolex Client Liaison (depending on background and strengths) at a prestigious fine jewelry and timepiece retailer. Ideal for individuals with experience in high-end luxury sales or elevated client engagement who are passionate about fine timepieces and creating exceptional customer experiences. This role centers on delivering a warm, consultative, and high-touch client journey while representing Rolex and other luxury watch collections such as Tudor. Key Responsibilities

Provide a sophisticated and welcoming in-store experience tailored to each client’s needs. Guide clients through luxury timepiece selections with knowledge, confidence, and care. Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service, timely follow-ups, and product education. Represent the Rolex and Tudor brands with professionalism, product knowledge, and poise. Maintain the showroom’s visual standards and assist in merchandising and inventory tasks as needed. Stay current on product developments, industry news, and competitive offerings to serve as a trusted resource. Ideal Backgrounds

Sales-Oriented Candidates:

Experience selling luxury watches, fine jewelry, or other high-value items; confidence in closing high-ticket sales through a consultative approach; proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining brand integrity. Liaison-Focused Candidates:

Background in luxury hospitality, client services, or relationship management; strong emotional intelligence with emphasis on client satisfaction and loyalty; passion for luxury timepieces and ability to serve as a brand ambassador. Required Skills and Competencies

Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills. Polished, professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment. Enthusiasm for fine watches and a willingness to learn brand history and product details. Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to evolving client needs and store priorities. Education & Experience

A minimum of 1+ year in luxury retail, high-end sales, or client service roles is preferred. Experience with Rolex is required. Experience with other luxury watch brands is a strong plus. Fine jewelry sales experience is a plus but not required. Working Conditions / Environment

Location:

Deer Park, IL (Northwest Chicago) Schedule:

Core store hours are Monday - Saturday, with a scheduled day off during the week. Extended hours may apply during the December holiday season. Benefits & Perks
