Position Summary A prestigious fine jewelry retailer is seeking a

DiamondSales Professional . This opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for fine jewelry, exceptional client service, and a deep understanding of diamonds, engagement rings, and luxury jewelry. The role is best suited for someone who excels in a high‑touch, client‑focused luxury retail environment and is driven to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized guidance to customers on purchasing engagement rings, anniversary bands, diamond studs, and other high‑end jewelry.

Build lasting relationships through exceptional clienteling, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Utilize gemological expertise to educate customers on diamond quality and selection, enhancing their purchasing experience.

Proactively engage new and existing clients through CRM systems and outreach initiatives.

Achieve and exceed sales goals by introducing customers to a diverse range of brands, designers, and custom jewelry options.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of fine jewelry, including metals, gemstones, settings, and craftsmanship.

Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Uphold the company’s commitment to excellence by providing an unparalleled customer experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

3+ years of experience in fine jewelry sales, with a focus on selling engagement rings and wedding bands (required).

GIA certification (such as a Diamonds Diploma) is a plus, but prior experience selling engagement rings and wedding bands is required.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while developing a loyal customer base.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented retail environment.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and passion for fine jewelry.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during sales shifts.

Working Conditions / Environment

Two positions available in the Greater Boston area.

Tuesday‑Saturday schedule (Sundays & Mondays off).

Store core hours: 10:00 AM‑7:00 PM.

Availability to work weekends and holidays based on business and client needs.
