Job Description About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support and guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities.

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service

Willingness to engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store

Ability to effectively promote and sell products to customers

Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions

Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team

Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers

Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers

Team & Development Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues

Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store

Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other

Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for the role and future development

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care

Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes

Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)

Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines

Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor

Uphold best practices for in-store OMNI services and in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store)

Support with opening and closing of the store

Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities

Qualifications As a Sales Advisor, you'll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store.

You should enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

You have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role

Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
