Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – Weberstown Mall at Bath & Body Works. This role involves helping customers find the right products, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a positive, high-energy store environment during the holiday season. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Adhere to safety standards and ensure a safe, clean, and engaging customer experience. Maintain company policies and procedures. Qualifications
Thrive in a customer-first, retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
