Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and presentable. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and handling products; ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to safety standards and expectations. Maintain values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Proven sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
