The Capital Markets electronic offering is a means to deliver the commercial and product strategy to its clients. In this context, the eSales team, embedded within the global Electronic Client Connectivity team, is a specialised, strategy and product-driven team, supporting the bank’s distribution strategy in its electronic dimension. The candidate, based in New York, will benefit from a strong exposure to commercial and transversal initiatives and will work closely with Sales and Trading teams across products to develop client analytics, implement and track action plans to boost our electronic franchise and better monitor our business. Responsibilities

Be the primary contact point for external client queries on electronic activity and requirements and promote the bank’s capabilities to the bank’s clients Be the key internal contact point for eSales analytics and work alongside internal stakeholders (Sales, Trading) teams to generate relevant metrics and information to adequately steer our business Define and follow up the roll-out of new metrics to track commercial performance, targeting real-time monitoring when possible and be able to customise existing reports Perform regular business reviews with electronic platforms alongside Sales and Trading and track related action plans Contribute to the timely preparation of reporting packs and prepare first-level business analysis Assist in any ad hoc projects linked to electronic business management Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence. Key Internal contacts

Prior experience in electronic execution is desirable (either at a trading venue, investment bank or broker) Knowledge of financial instruments (especially FX and Rates) Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint) and statistical methods. Experience in SQL. Experience in using reporting tools (either internal or external) to track business performance Python skills a plus Qualifications/Education Required

Degree preferably in a Business or Scientific subject Qualifications/Education Desired

Good understanding of international capital markets and financial products Experience Required

Prior experience in a financial environment or related activities, particularly in FX and Rates space. Experience Desired

Experience in handling PowerBI dashboards or equivalent Data Visualization applications (Tableau, KLIK). Strong organizational skills Initiative and proactivity Teamwork Proven communication skills and commercial awareness Seniority level
