Job Description
Opportunity: Grow Your Career
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change following established procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising standards and follow established procedures Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures Support store shrink reduction initiatives Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment Perform other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For: You
