This hunter sales role involves a proactive approach, requiring you to achieve sales targets through prospecting and managing leads from initial contact to completion. Sell Spectrum’s internet, voice and video services to small businesses within a defined territory. Prospect, generate leads, and manage the sales process from initial contact through field sales. Establish situational market presence, monitor trends and competitor activities. Follow the consultative methodology to determine client needs and present the product/services that best align with business challenges. Sell secondary services including custom hosting, desktop security, data security and storage, among others. Collaborate with an Account Coordinator for sales support and transition non-sales inquiries to Customer Service to stay focused on selling. Maintain real-time, in-field records of all sales and prospecting activity in Salesforce. What Our Small Business Account Executives Bring to Spectrum

Experience: 2+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years in telecom/technical industry). Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience. Skills & Abilities: Ability to manage sales tasks and administrative tasks, multitask, and work efficiently to meet deadlines; quick learner who can apply knowledge; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; driven, professional, and determined; valid state driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle and car insurance. Preferred Qualifications

Outside sales experience in telecom, tech or related field. Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce). Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Other Information
