Overview
Spectrum B2B Outside Sales Small Business Account Executive. This role sells Spectrum’s internet, voice and video services to small businesses in your assigned territory. It is a hunter sales role requiring a proactive approach to achieve sales targets through prospecting and managing leads from initial contact to completion. This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Responsibilities
Sell Spectrum’s internet, voice and video services to small businesses door-to-door in your assigned territory. Prospect and manage leads from initial contact through field sales to achieve sales targets. Follow our consultative methodology to determine client needs and quote and present the product/services that best align to their business challenges and priorities. Sell secondary services including custom hosting, desktop security, data security and storage, and others. Work closely with an Account Coordinator for additional sales support and hand off customer service and non-sales inquiries to the Customer Service Department so you can remain focused on selling. Maintain real-time in-field records of all sales and prospecting activity through Salesforce. What SMB Account Executives Bring

Experience:
2+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years telecom/technical industry experience) Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience Skills & Abilities:
Ability to effectively manage sales tasks and administrative tasks to ensure sales success; ability to multitask and work efficiently within required deadlines; quick learner; strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication; driven and professional; valid State driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle and car insurance Preferred Qualifications
Outside sales experience in telecom, tech or related field Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce) Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) SAE270 2025-61421 2025 A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
