Account Managers perform routine responsibilities and are primary points of contact for clients. They are individual contributors with occasional guidance. They understand and apply insurance principles to develop coverage strategies and plans. Responsibilities: Service accounts, including issuing policies, endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, and client correspondence. Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly. Assist with insurance marketing and sales efforts. Gather renewal data and support claims processes. Review policies and endorsements for accuracy. Maintain client data in agency management systems and document activities. Utilize upload, download, and interface technology. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper policy issuance. Keep producers informed of account activities and potential issues. Stay current with industry trends through seminars and training. Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and policy provisions. Requirements: Active Property & Casualty License. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Mathematical and reasoning skills. Experience with Applied Systems / EPIC is a plus. Education/Experience: High School diploma required; higher education preferred. At least 2 years of commercial lines experience. CPCU or related training is a plus. $55,000 - $75,000
