***** This is a 6 Month Contract to Hire Position ***** ***** No Third Party Candidates ***** Overview: We are seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join our growing IT team in Allen, TX. This role provides advanced technical support to end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory/Azure AD, along with exposure to Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. Candidates with prior financial or banking industry experience are highly preferred. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 11, Office 365, network connectivity, and user profiles. Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Azure AD. Assist with Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and troubleshooting. Support printer setups, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Collaborate with Level 1 support to resolve escalated tickets efficiently. Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system. Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and patch management. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in desktop or end-user support roles. Strong hands‑on knowledge of Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting. Experience supporting Office 365 applications and Outlook configuration. Proficiency with Active Directory (user accounts, group policies) and Azure AD. Exposure to SSO systems (Okta, Ping, ADFS, or similar). Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills. Nice to Have: Experience working in financial services or banking environments. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
