Individual should be able to handle overall commercial account maintenance including marketing of accounts, maintain accounts organized and up to date with upcoming renewals and daily account and client service. Capable to cross sell and account develop existing line of coverage to protect the agency and customer. Rate accounts online Complete supplemental applications Prepare underwriting documents such as SOV, cost estimators and spreadsheets Execute and manage outstanding orders including invoicing, endorsements, etc. Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed Create proposals and master certificates Review th daily "TO Do's" in Worksmart and AMS Qualifications
Hold the insurance license required(220) and have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of commercial lines insurance account management experience.ee or comparable work experience. Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain an existing client base. Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients. Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills. Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and have Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems. AMS 360 and Worksmart experience preferred.
