Position Overview
: As an Account Manager at Vaughn Risk Management, you will play a critical role in managing and servicing the insurance needs of our clients. You will collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure the efficient and accurate management of policies and deliver superior customer service. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of commercial insurance operations. Responsibilities
: Manage and maintain a book of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients. Process client requests, including endorsements, renewals, policy changes, and cancellations in a timely manner. Ensure accurate and complete policy documentation, and maintain up-to-date records in our AMS 360 agency management system. Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to facilitate smooth account operations. Assist with the development and delivery of customized insurance solutions for clients. Address client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly. Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client retention efforts. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Qualifications
: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial insurance account management role. Proficient in using AMS 360 agency management software (required). Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
