Overview
Systems Engineer
— This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered. We are seeking a mission-focused Systems Engineer to support and contribute to our government customer's success in Springfield, VA!
Compensation & Benefits Pay commensurate with experience.

Systems Engineer Responsibilities Include
Provide real-time monitoring of capabilities operational status on the COE and SECnet domains of the specified IPA suite.
Perform all System Administration (SA) functions including any actions necessary to resolve minor issues, correct problems, restart or refresh services or interfaces, and monitoring data health.
Perform Database maintenance and data integrity assurance duties for the numerous data repositories within our control.
Track all activities and discrepancies via NGA Service + and provide input on actions and technical assessments.
Assist Tier I personnel in solving basic technical problems and for investigating elevated ASP issues.
Review and collect information appropriate for ASP issue identification, coordination, and effective resolution.
Provide enterprise planning and coordinating support.
Provide ASP O&M training for Field Service Representatives (FSR) personnel.
Document detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and investigations results accurately within the appropriate issue/problem/change tracking system.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Systems Engineer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested
Must possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline or 4 years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
Previous experience with training and/or user engagement.
Experience with Image Exploitation, GEOINT, Reporting and Dissemination, Geospatial domain areas.
Experience providing user training.
Experience working through user reported issues and resolving.
Experience presenting new system capabilities to users.
CONOPs Development
Feature and User Story Design and Definition.
Experience with Training Material Development.
System Operational Readiness Review.

Excellent communications, organization and planning skills, with ability to work independently
Experience presenting at technical reviews with customers and users
