Branch and field support Engineer . Candidate will be required to travel to different branches of the bank scattered across MN to support the end users with IT-related issues. Should drive. Candidate should monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Responsibilities
Travel to different branches of the bank scattered across MN to support end users with IT-related issues. Must be able to drive. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Hardware support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices like laptops, desktops, tablets, and printers; monitors, docking stations. Software support: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software. Printer support: Install and configure printers at branches and endpoints. Service Management: Use ServiceNow ticketing tool to track, monitor, and update tickets. IMAC execution for all EUC hardware and software; EUC Asset Management: maintaining inventory and updating ServiceNow CMDB. Knowledge of IMACD processes for network devices (routers, switches, access points, video conferences, phones) including physical changes and configuration support. Patch management and vulnerability management: install security patches, upgrade IOS, apply access lists or other security configurations to remediate vulnerabilities. Network Asset Management: maintaining inventory and updating ServiceNow CMDB. Knowledge of patching and cabling network devices and configuration support; knowledge of end device port configuration. Working with remote teams and team building. Good communication and analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
