We work with over 100 major teams and events, hosting millions of fans annually, and participate in thousands of events each year. Duties and Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional game day experience. Bellhop duties: transport tailgating equipment, maintain tailgate sites, and check in with guests to meet their needs. Manage the Welcome Tent, direct guests, and ensure smooth operations. Exhibit outstanding customer service, embodying REVELxp’s core values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries. Assist the Event Coordinator with setup, breakdown, and operational tasks. Help with special guest requests, equipment transport, and site cleanup. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable site throughout the event. Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements: Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration. Effective communication skills. Availability for every home game (August to late November). Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. At least 16 years old and able to work 10-20 hours weekly. Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds and assist with equipment. Additional Details
