Responsibilities
Greet customers and guests warmly, ensuring an exceptional game day experience. Bellhop duties: transport tailgating equipment, maintain tailgate sites, and check in with guests to meet their needs. Supervise the Welcome Tent: manage guest services, direct guests, and ensure smooth operations. Provide outstanding customer service, embodying REVELxp’s core values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude. Assist the Event Coordinator with setup, breakdown, and operational tasks during events. Proactively assist with guest requests, including equipment transport and site cleanup. Maintain a clean and organized site, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable. Requirements
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and efficiency. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Availability to work every home game from August to late November. Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions. Minimum age of 16 years old; able to work 10-20 hours per week. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with equipment setup and movement. Additional Details
