Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation related to secured lending, including civil and title litigation, and bankruptcy matters Draft discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motions with precision and clarity Maintain timely and professional communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel Conduct depositions and court appearances with thorough preparation and confidence Review title documents, foreclosure files, and respond to lender inquiries Provide strategic analysis and budgeting within 24 hours of file intake Support staff with legal guidance in a collaborative and approachable manner Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active membership in the Florida State Bar Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage-related litigation or other civil litigation Strong legal writing and research skills (WestLaw/LexisNexis proficiency required) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently both remotely and in-office Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering a positive client experience Skills & Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Team-oriented with a respectful and collaborative approach Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and initiative Physical & Work Environment: Standard office conditions with occasional travel for court appearances Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Quiet to moderate noise level What You Can Expect: Comprehensive training and clear guidance A supportive team culture built on respect, accountability, and professionalism Opportunities to work independently while contributing to a shared mission Compensation:
