Look after the maintenance of the computer systems and make sure that all the departments are functioning properly Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the software systems Coach IT staff by training, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance Help drive department transformation which may include streamlining processes and documentation, implementing data analytics & continuous audit, improving indicators & performance metrics Qualifications
Hands-on experience with computer networks, software installation Ability to manage personnel Experience with Windows Systems and applications Project management skills and ability to pay attention towards the qualitative and Benefits
