IT Manager Job in Syracuse, NY: Direct Hire Please no 3rd party or c2c candidates Salary Range: $90-115,000 per year based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors. AKKODIS is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT leader for IT Manager role in Syracuse NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading teams in Windows based environments supporting IT infrastructure and applications. Responsibilities
Look after the maintenance of the computer systems and make sure that all the departments are functioning properly Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the software systems Coach IT staff by training, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance Help drive department transformation which may include streamlining processes and documentation, implementing data analytics & continuous audit, improving indicators & performance metrics Qualifications
Hands-on experience with computer networks, software installation Ability to manage personnel Experience with Windows Systems and applications Project management skills and ability to pay attention towards the qualitative and Benefits
