Responsibilities
Maintain the overall integrity, accuracy, and health of the Field Servio ERP system data
Act as the global process owner and subject matter expert (SME) for Field Servio
Lead onboarding, permissions management, compliance, and security protocols
Proactively monitor ERP system performance across cloud and on-premises environments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure operational continuity
Perform regular data scrubbing and create custom reports to support business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business processes
Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a related ERP support function
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Math, Finance, or related field OR 5 years of ERP support experience in a similar environment
Experience in change management within an enterprise ERP solution
Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and visual data analysis
Strong understanding of system compliance, user permissions, and data security
Preferred Qualifications
Experience administering Field Servio ERP
Background in field service operations, manufacturing, or related industries
Experience in a global or multi-site environment
Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
In-depth knowledge of ERP administration best practices and data governance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system and data troubleshooting
Ability to independently resolve technical issues in complex environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments
High attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining data integrity
Ability to design and present clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders
