Coordinate and support the Racial Equity Governing Agenda and Federal Policy & Advocacy programs Assist with research, data analysis, and report writing Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events Liaise with external partners and stakeholders Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and documentation What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in policy advocacy or social justice work Knowledge of racial equity issues and policies Familiarity with government relations and legislative processes Advanced data analysis and research skills Master's degree in a related field About the Company
