Our client is a globally recognized established luxury fashion house specializing in high-end women’s apparel. They are looking for an IT Analyst to provide technical support for their IT infrastructure. You will analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize operations. Responsibilities
Collaborate to maintain and improve network infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize system downtime. Implement and maintain IT systems and applications. Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. Adhere to IT policies and procedures. Provide technical support to end-users including computer set up, internet connectivity and printer support. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
