Provide laptop/desktop hardware support and on-site IT assistance AV and Zoom conference room setup and support Laptop/desktop network troubleshooting (wired and wireless) User application support including Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack and related tools Microsoft Office 365 Administration Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA/SSO administration Remote hand support for infrastructure hardware and services: Aruba, Cisco, Dell server/storage (Plus) Qualifications

Required: Laptop/desktop hardware support; AV/Zoom room support; network troubleshooting (wired/wireless) Experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack and other user applications Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration Experience with Microsoft AD, Entra ID, MFA/SSO Desirable: Lab computer experience; validation experience to FDA CFR 21 Part 11 requirements Ability to support a GxP environment with related GMP procedures Preferred/Desirable Education: BS in Computer Science or Information Systems Additional Information
