Start your journey with us Our Legal-Litigation department in Fairfield, Ohio Headquarters is currently seeking an experienced insurance coverage attorney to represent the Company by providing coverage opinions relative to commercial and personal insurance policies. Be ready to:
Review insurance policies and provide written opinions to the Claims Department on complex insurance coverage matters
Litigate cases to a successful conclusion
Be equipped with:
Strong academic and professional credentials
Three or more years of experience providing formal written coverage opinions related to claims on commercial general liability insurance policies
Experience as a trial attorney litigating coverage issues
Excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation and benefits Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $95,000-$160,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performances.
