Estate Planning & Probate Attorney
to step into a leadership role and partnership track.
As a senior partner transitions toward retirement, this is a

Your Core Responsibilities
Lead the estate planning and probate practice while supervising the legal support team.
Provide strategic estate and tax planning guidance to affluent clients.
Draft and review advanced estate planning instruments and documents.
Manage complex probate and trust administration cases.
Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners on legacy and wealth transfer strategies.
Strengthen long-standing client relationships with discretion and exceptional service.
Contribute to firm growth through mentorship, leadership, and community involvement.
Requirements What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
7+ years of experience in estate planning and probate, ideally with HNW clientele
Deep knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
Florida Bar admission in good standing
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
